Going along with what I wrote over at A Pagan Sojourn, I wanted to list a few places that you can find the Eddas and sagas of Norse mythos online. Here are a few sites:

The Eddas

• The Eddas (at Northvegr) - various translations and versions of the Eddas including both the Prose Edda and the Poetic Edda.
• The Eddas at Questia - A listing of books, journal articles and magazine articles about the Eddas.

The Sagas

• The Sagas (at Northvegr) - Lots of sagas (but not all); a good place to start
  
• The Icelandic Saga Database - different version of the sagas; also translated into several languages
